The role

As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for our dental customers, delivering first class, professional customer service over the phone to ensure that enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

You’ll have team coaches on hand to support in your development and confidence in the role and the product knowledge you’ll gain will help you answer queries efficiently whilst taking the opportunities to talk to customers about the product choices available to them.

To be successful in this role you’ll love speaking to customers and be someone who goes the extra mile to ensure they receive an excellent level of service. You’ll be comfortable navigating your way around systems and be able to accurately update customer records to reflect the call. You’ll work as part of a large friendly team so being a team player is a must!
