The role

As a Customer Service Administrator within our Dental Administration Team you’ll deliver administration support to our Denplan dentists and member patients ensuring that work is processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Making changes to our dentist and patient database records, updating dental reports, creating new customer accounts and processing payments are all part of the day to day for this role so your attention to detail is key to success.

Although this is an admin role you’d be joining an upbeat team who love engaging with our customers, be this through live chat, emails or calls. The team have a great relationship with the wider customer service department and as a motivated team player you’ll add to this environment.
