Vacancy - Facilities Coordinator

An exciting opportunity is available within Simplyhealth Professionals for a Facilities Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract based in Winchester.
As a Facilities Coordinator you’ll supervise safe, high quality, proactive and reactive building maintenance in our Winchester buildings. You’ll liaise with the Property Management team and external contractors to locally manage the efficient running of projects within agreed budget.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven facilities management experience (service provider or in-house)
- Soft FM experience
- Project Management experience
- A full UK Driving Licence
This role will typically be Monday to Friday but flexibility will be needed to cover out of hours/weekends as required along with the need to attend the site in response to an emergency.
