An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Helpline and Insurance Advisor based in Winchester
To work as part of a team delivering first class customer service to patients using their Supplementary Insurance Benefit, ensuring all insurance and helpline queries are resolved with efficiency and diligence. As a HI Team Advisor at Denplan you should:
- Be able to provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Obtain additional sales through service
- Deal with customer queries
- Encourage team work
- Maintain patient records
Have a genuine interest in working with and helping customers
